Who is Trader Travis and why should you listen to him?
I should probably introduce myself and explain how I am uniquely qualified to show you how to earn extra income and protect your investments with options.
My name is Travis Wilkerson, but most people call me "Trader Travis."
I'm a full-time options trader and advocate for financial freedom.
My first experience working with and following the guidance of a multi-millionaire was in 1995.
So I know how important it is to get the right advice from someone with real experience... and the background to prove it.
I started in real estate investing. Real estate can be a good opportunity for the right person, but I quickly overleveraged myself, wore myself out dealing with demanding tenants, and I'm not the type of person who likes getting out of bed at 2 a.m. to fix someone's leaky toilet.
I worked my butt off and finally built my real estate portfolio up to seven units... before everything came crashing down. My tenants left without paying, I was overleveraged with the bank, and I had no money to cover my bills.
I had heard about options trading early in my career, but I wasn't interested. I believed that real estate investing was the safest way to make millions. But then I faced the real dangers of investing in real estate, and I went bankrupt.
I then started trading options in 2000.
I started experimenting with a basic options system that let me profit in both rising and falling markets. It was taught by a guy named Dr. Cooper.
It took more years than I wanted, but I eventually found success. I even won the U.S. Investing Championship in 2019 in the options division. The success of my trading methods even caught the attention of Adam Hewison, a regular contributor on Bloomberg, Business News Network, CNBC, and Fox Business News.
And even though this system allowed me to leave my corporate job and go full-time trading at home in my 30s, it's likely you've never heard of me. I've kept a pretty low profile over the past 15 years.
I've been called a "reluctant part-time Guru".
While I enjoy all the freedom Options Trading has given me, my family remains the most important thing in my life.
I HATE being away from them... which is why you'll never see me on the speaking circuit, and I avoid major publicity and media attention.
Frankly, I'm just too happy spending time with my wife and three kids.
But enough about me.
I just wanted to show you that I've been around the block a few times and have learned some things about the stock market.
The stock market has allowed me to offer financial stability for my family even at a young age, when most people are struggling just to get through each day.
